The following information is provided for your understanding and acknowledgment. Please take a moment to carefully read and consider the following terms and conditions, as they are important for your interaction with our services. Your continued use of our platform, participation in auctions, or engagement with any content indicates your acceptance of these terms and your commitment to adhering to them.
Registration and Buyer Agreement:
- To participate in the auction, prospective buyers must register in advance of bidding. If you are not attending the auction in person you can and must register and be approved to bid at DVAuction.com for online bidding.
- During registration, buyers are required to specify their preferred payment method.
- Registration as a buyer implies your acceptance of the auction's terms and conditions.
Bidding Process:
- Auction lots will be awarded to the highest bidder, as determined by the auctioneer.
- In the case of tie bids or disputes, the auctioneer will have the final say.
- Upon the auctioneer's declaration of "SOLD," a contractual agreement is established solely between the seller and buyer, all lots are sold as is where is
- Buyers will receive a bidding sheet for immediate acknowledgment and signature.winning bids are legally enforceable and binding. If you do not intend to pay in full at close of the auction DO NOT bid. There will be a 15% buyers premium added to each buyers invoice total at checkout.
Animal Representations:
- Please note that the catalog images may not depict the exact animal(s) but serve as equivalent representations of what you will receive. All lots are sold as is.
- Animals listed as yearlings are defined as being less than 24 months old.
Announcements and Precedence:
- Announcements made from the auction block will take precedence over printed materials, including the auction catalog and any other printed or digital content.
Payment and Handling:
- All accounts must be settled on the day of the auction. All winning bids are binding and legally enforceable. If you do not intend to pay DO NOT bid. There will be a 15% buyers fee added to all lots on the buyers invoice at settlement. Settlement and payment must be made in full immediately after the completion of the auction.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or credit card.
- Credit card transactions are subject to a 4.5 handling fee.
